We test your pool water and apply the proper minerals and chemicals to keep your water in peak condition.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae.

We check your pool equipment.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We brush your pool (walls, steps, tiles).

We vacuum your pool.

We empty your pump baskets and pool skimmer.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

What the Customer Does

Keep the pool equipment operating and approve repairs when necessary.

Maintain proper water level.

Report to us any detection of swimming pool issues.

Quarterly Stabilizer Treatments

Regular filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are required for most pools in Florida. A few times per year our service techs need to boost the stabilizer, remove phosphates and perform a filter cleaning with acid. We charge $69 quarterly for most stabilizer package services for customers on our weekly service plans.
